:: Dictation :
A practitioner can dictate using any of our two methods such as phone-in dictation and hand-held digital recorder

:: Phone-in dictation :
This offers a user-friendly digital phone-in dictation system. Simply dial our toll free number using any touch-tone phone, enter your assigned ID # and password, which we provide, and begin dictating. Lines are always available without collision or busy signals. Once you have completed the dictation, just hang up the phone. From there, our digital dictation system takes over. You have access to all of the features similar to hospital dictation system, including FF, Rewind, Pause, and more. |

:: Dictation using hand held device :
Many doctors now prefer the flexibility and mobility of the Hand-held Digital Voice Recorders.
If you choose the option of hand held device, we can help you at each stage-from purchase to installation.
You can record your dictation at any time. At the end of the day or whenever it is convenient to you, simply plug your hand-held recorder into your PC using the cable provided and move the audio files from recorder to PC. These dictation files are then securely transferred from your PC to our server easily with the help of our web based software.

:: Transcription Process :
All our transcriptionists are split into specialist teams.
Each client is allocated a team of transcriptionists, this ensures quality through familiarization on a regular basis.
After receiving dictation files, our “Work Flow Manager” software assigns audio files to transcriptionists. Our transcriptionists take time to get your transcription right – and in your preferred format – so that you and your staff do not have to waste valuable time rewriting or formatting the final record.
Every transcripts completed by our transcriptionists go to our Quality Control Department.
Here they are checked again word by word against the original dictation by senior
transcriptionists known as Editors.
All files are then visually checked at third level for correctness, signed off and delivered to output directory.
:: Document Delivery Process :
All transcription files are then encrypted and transmitted to our secure server. These transcribed files are securely accessible from our web-based software-“Transcription Manager” by any browser. All physicians are given unique user ID and password, with the help of which they can log in to our secure system and download their documents.
