1. Analysis & Consultation: The first and most important step is listening. We begin each project by developing a solid understanding of your company, your customers and your needs. Doing so helps us to create design solutions that communicate the right messages and express your unique brand identity.

2. Research and explore ideas: Once we have a better understanding of your business, we go away to research and then brainstorm back at the drawing desk to ensure we fully explore all the design options.

3. Refine Design : After producing a number of design possibilities, we contact you to discuss which options would work best. You can be as critical as you like: we prefer that. We can then fine-tune our design to produce the best possible solution.

4. Feedback and finalize: Your feedback at this stage is very important. We take note of all your feedback, take care of minute details and come out with final design which we, and more importantly you, are happy with.

We provide each client with a personal representative to make sure all aspects of the project are handled professionally and within the specifications set up by the client.
